THIS WEEK
The purpose of this CAPSTONE project would be to create a pair of gloves in which the wearer is able to communicate to the world either by the speaker on their phone or through a form of audio device. The pair of gloves being proposed would use two gloves that will take note of the other hands movement, while one hand is performing another movement to their the word the wearer is trying to communicate. A list of sign languages and an estimate of users is illustrated in Table I [1]. Sign language is not only performed by persons who are hearing impaired to communicate with the world, but it is also used by persons who want to communicate with a group of people or another person secretly.

NEXT WEEK
A preliminary investigation will occur. Mark will be required to look at machine learning and how it can be utilized for this project, while Tyler will be looking into hardware and researching different gyroscopes, microcontrollers, transmitters, receivers, and sensors to be used with the gloves.
